All-ready-to ship items will ship within 48 business hours. This excludes holidays, weekends, and any date the USPS is closed. International buyers are responsible for any and all import/export or customs taxes or fees that may apply.

If an item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I require documented evidence (e.g., pictures of damage) and a discussion toward resolution on whether refund or replacement is satisfactory. Resolutions are decided on a case-by-case basis.

I am not responsible for any order delayed/lost once it has been shipped.

Important: It is the buyers responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address to ensure a timely and efficient delivery.

I do not combine orders for any reason. No Exceptions.

Materials: I operate a “low waste” studio. This means that sometimes I reuse shipping and/or packaging materials that are suitable. Many of our materials are recyclable; some can be used as compost! I recommend that the materials be recycled, repurposed, or reused. Thank you for helping everyone to save our beautiful rock!

Refunds: If there is an issue with your order please let me make it right! I will gladly issue a refund if required. Please contact me at, eternalstitchstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Buyer must return item within 14 days of contact. A paid shipping label will be sent to the email of purchase only. Once the item is received back at the Studio a refund for the purchase amount of the item will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded. International refunds will be handled on a case by case basis due to the intricate nature of shipping.

Returns: I do not accept returns on items.

Exchanges: I do not accept exchanges for any reason. No Exceptions.

Cancellations: Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email me with the reason(s) for your cancellation.

The Boutique reserved for my one-of-a-kind creations. Therefore, I will not replicate this item for any reason. I assembled each piece from the inside-out to exist as the only one of its kind. I’ve scoured the web and found nothing similar. Given this, I will not replicate any of these Boutique items.

Numerous incredible bag makers & sewing artists exist around the world. Therefore, I, in no way, claim to be the original creator behind the sewing patterns or materials that I incorporate in my pieces. I spend hours scouring the multiverse to find amazing pattern designers & material artists. Each brings a distinct style. They then grant me permissions to use their incredible art toward my own. There are so many contributors to the process. The conclusion is the culmination of the materials & execution work is mine alone.
